Goals and Strategic plan of New Life Children Haven Nepal
  1. Continue to provide professional care for very poor orphan children by providing quality education and a safe environment to ensure a respectable and self dignified personality for their future.
  2. At present we have more than 300 children under our care this number will change this year, since we are expecting 40-50 other disadvantage children for the year 2008. This is design in such a way that as the senior children leaves New Life Children Haven and new ones are admitted into it. And this process of admitting children depends upon the funds, space, available sponsorships. In future we are planning to expand this work and care more children providing help, and place to stay and produce opportunity for schooling and trainings that can help them to be self sustained and self supported. For this most of the children will be from the depressed and impoverished family.
  3. Create an opportunity for modern job skills training programs like Computer Information Technology to meet the demand for computer skills oriented manpower. In this way children have possibilities and opportunities for employment.
  4. We give training to children that are grown up and help them to be self reliance in terms of support which they need to carry their everyday life as soon as they leave the Haven. This is purely based on the demands of modern job requirements which are easily marketable at the contemporary context.
  5. Training program includes fields like: Certified Tour Guide, Paramedic, Nursing, Cosmatic Beautician, Teachers, Office Secretary, Electrician, Automobile Mechanics, Interior Designers and some other relevant subjects sighting the need of current job market. So that the children in future will have sustainable income to support themselves and their family and to be productive citizen and leader in the society and provide scholarships for those children who are intelligent but unable to go to school because of financial constrain and poverty.
  6. Placing satellite New Life Children Haven for children in different parts of Nepal. NLCH is in need of its own permanent place, hence our goal and vision is to purchase 40 acres of land for residence purpose and vegetable garden and paddy field for children daily provision.
